Jobmatch UK is a well established part of the groundworks group of not for profit companies. We were asked refresh the current look while maintaining the existing brand. Emphasis needed to be placed on a “Refreshing Change” in recruitment.

The word ‘refreshing’ instantly triggered a fruity discussion and the citrus theme began to take shape. We set an orange amongst the limes to represent the difference in the way that Jobmatch do their work, as they set themselves part from other recruiters. It also represents the candidates they work with and how the process is all about them (the orange).
