Background: Tarrants Property Services is a Letting Agents situated in the seaside town of Lowestoft on the Suffolk coast. Althought Lowestoft is a traditional Suffolk seaside town Tarrants is a less than typical and were looking to upgrade to a more functional Lettings Agency Website.
Needs: In addition to looking to provide details of their services including management and block management services, Tarrants needed the site to be capable of displaying and tracking properties through the letting process. As with any Lettings Agency website it needed to work for the Tenants as well as the Agency
Solution: After spending some time looking at how the business worked and the geographical area that they needed to cover we decided that the best solution would be to build a WordPress website and include functionality from an additional piece of software called Property Hive. Working with Property Hive allowed us to build a solution that enabled the team at Tarrants to manage their properties and clients as simply as posssible with Visible Thoughts supplying back up support when required.
